The NIBIB has funded the new Center for Reproducible Biomedical Modeling to develop new methods and software tools for systematically and scalable building biomodels, including whole-cell models. The center is a joint effort among Herbert Sauro and John Gennari at the University of Washington; Jonathan Karr and Arthur Goldberg at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai; Ion Moraru, James Schaff, and Michael Blinov at the University of Connecticut; and David Nickerson at the University of Auckland.
